Letter of Tanin on SC reform July 2012

In July 2012, the Chair of the Intergovernmental Negotiations on Security Council reform wrote to the President of the General Assembly, providing an update of negotiations in the last few years and outlining possibilities for future negotiations, including the drafting of a new text by the Chair.
